Reviewing video with a coach is a great way to refine your mechanics and technique while gaining power, speed, and efficiency and reducing the risk of injury. Our qualified coaches can provide video analysis for all three disciplines, including underwater swim analysis, pedal stroke and bike fit analysis, and run gait analysis.
Baseline testing is a quick and simple way to get accurate power, pace, and heartrate zones to guide your training and maximize improvements. We provide baseline testing for the bike and run with BSXinsight, a new technology providing lactate threshold data without the painful blood draws and pinpricks.
One of the easiest ways to gain power, speed, and comfort on the bike while reducing the risk of injury is to get your bike fit by a qualified professional. KMF Performance’s Retül Certified fitter can make adjustments to your current bike and/or provide guidance for purchasing a new bike.
Many athletes incorporate functional strength training into their routine to gain power, improve muscle control and balance, and/or rehabilitate from injury. Our coaches can provide you with a customized plan emphasizing functionality and whole-body engagement to benefit your endurance lifestyle.
